Determined by the ambient wet bulb temperature, the higher the ambient wet bulb temperature, the higher the condensation temperature. Generally, a water-cooled condenser is adopted, and the condensation temperature is about 5 ~ 7 ℃ higher than the ambient wet bulb temperature.
Not higher than 55 ℃, not lower than 20 ℃. Generally, water-cooled condensers are not recommended in areas where the ambient wet bulb temperature exceeds 42 ℃. Therefore, whether the water-cooled condenser can be selected or not, we must first confirm the ambient wet bulb temperature.
Generally, when designing water-cooled ice maker, customers must be required to provide local high ambient wet bulb temperature throughout the year. At the same time, when the ambient temperature exceeds 50 ℃, the water-cooled condenser cannot be used, and the cooling tower is easy to be damaged by high temperature. The cooling tower must be used with sun shading protection.
High temperature and high pressure refrigerant gas enters the shell side of the condenser from the air inlet above the condenser. The cooling water pump extracts the cooling water from the water storage tank of the cooling tower and enters the tube side of the condenser through the water inlet below the right side of the condenser to exchange heat with the refrigerant outside the copper pipe of the condenser. When the temperature rises, it comes out from the water outlet above the right side of the condenser and passes through the water outlet pipe, Enter the water inlet pipe of the cooling tower, and then sprinkle it evenly on the filler from the water outlet of the sprinkler pipe. The water temperature is reduced by fan suction and water heat exchange in the filler. The cooled water is stored in the water storage tank for reuse.
The refrigerant gas with high temperature and high pressure exchanges heat with the cooling water flowing in the tube side in the shell side of the condenser, reduces the temperature and condenses into liquid. The heat discharged from the refrigeration unit is first exchanged with water (heat exchange in condensation), and then water is exchanged with air (heat exchange in cooling tower).
