The manufacturer of drinking water ice maker shall judge the fault according to the flashing condition of the indicator light:
1. The power indicator flashes rapidly all the time and the machine does not work:
Fault: open circuit of water temperature detector.
Maintenance: open the rear cover plate, open the electrical control box cover above the compressor, find a three core connector, check whether there is separation or poor contact, and plug it again.
2.3 indicator lights flash repeatedly, and the machine does not work:
Fault: the ice making and de icing of the machine are abnormal.
Maintenance: A. cut off the power supply and restart. First check whether the fan and water pump work normally. If there is any abnormality, eliminate it first, and then check whether the compressor has started. If there is no work, check the part near the compressor. If it has been started, judge the failure of the refrigeration system and follow the corresponding maintenance methods.
B. If there is no fault in the refrigeration system, it can make ice normally, but the ice has been made without deicing. After 90 minutes, the machine works abnormally and stops for protection. It is necessary to measure the group principle of the water temperature probe with a multimeter (when the temperature of the underwater tank is close to 0 ℃, pull out the three core wire in the control box and measure the resistance of the two wires on both sides). If the resistance is above 27K, it is judged that the controller is broken and should be replaced accordingly. If the resistance is lower than 27K, disconnect any of the two wires, Adjust the resistance between 27K and 28K by channeling the resistance.
3. Ice full light flashes quickly:
Fault: it means that the deicing time exceeds the specified time, and the machine is automatically protected,
Maintenance: A. generally, restart the skateboard. If it occurs repeatedly, check whether the skateboard swings up and down flexibly.
B. If the two-way solenoid valve is damaged, this phenomenon will also occur. The machine can cool, but when the ice reaches the set thickness and enters the de icing state, the water pump stops working and the ice making does not fall off. During the inspection, it is forced to de ice (press and hold the selection key for 3 seconds). If there is no obvious air flow sound in the ice maker, it can be considered that the two-way solenoid valve is broken, and check whether the power supply of the solenoid valve is normal. Replaceable coil test machine, and the valve body itself cannot be opened.
4. There is no water in the water tank, showing no water shortage, loose ice and impurities.
Fault: this fault is because impurities will be left in the water tank after multiple ice making, or the water is rich in minerals, which will scale the surface of the water level probe and affect the sensitivity of the probe.
Maintenance: drain the residual water, clean the inside of the water tank and clean the surface of the probe.
5. There is water in the water tank, indicating lack of water.
Maintenance: check whether the two core and three core connectors in the control box are reliably connected. Generally, re plugging can solve the problem.
6. The water flow of the sprinkler pipe is not smooth, and some ice blocks are not intact.
Fault: the water spray pipe is blocked;
Maintenance: under the control of running water, clean the attached sundries on the outlet hole on the water spray pipe with tweezers or other sharp things. Until the water in each hole is unobstructed.
7. Ice making is normal, but dehydration is difficult or not;
Fault: the two-way solenoid valve does not work or is stuck;
Maintenance: after starting the ice maker and generating ice on the ice maker, long press the selection key for 3 seconds to enter the forced deicing state, touch the solenoid valve by hand, if it does not vibrate, it indicates that the power supply of the solenoid valve is abnormal, and check the control board and connecting wire. If there is vibration, it can be de iced several times, which can solve the problem of jamming of some solenoid valves. If there is still a problem, it indicates that the solenoid valve is damaged and needs to be replaced.
